Shabby White Cottage by Oblonski

My friend, mentor and the person who inspired me to start creating stuff in Second Life, Yolanda Hirvi, has built a new house. Shabby White Cottage from Oblonski is beautifully built and textured spacious home for small or slightly bigger family or just someone single who needs the room. If you know Oblonski, you know it's the home of antiques built and textured with care.

Thunder and lightning

Even if there's a thunderstorm outside, all the cats are home, warm and safe... And even if my piece of land is still and again under construction, it worked as a setting for a new home from buttons.. I furnished and decorated the home with something new from Republica and something new and old from Oblonski, *KOPI*, +mocha+, Scribble, buttons. and Kis Kis. See the whole post for all the photos, prim counts and credits.

Clutter

My RL family has always been active and enthusiastic with creating all sorts of things. Because of this I have grown up with a couple of dollhouses and even made some dollhouse items myself. Many of the furniture creators in SL have accomplished to create this feeling of a dollhouse which I really love. Recently Kat Alderson sent me a nice fatpack of very beautiful and rather low prim Clutter items. Some of them are being released tomorrow, most have been released during the past month. The following pictures feature these as well as some other items I hauled together from my inventory. The full credits are at the end of the post.

Rico by - abode -

Aya Liotta from - abode - has created a new home called Rico. The house consists of 252 prims and has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen (or extra bedroom). Because Rico is so very detailed and beautiful I decided to let the pictures do the most talking. See all the pics after the jump.

Feel like home

For a long time i didn't have much of a home in SL. Even when I already was renting a store space from Starlust I was loitering on a sky platform of my friend Yolanda's piece of land. In the beginning of this year I rented, with a couple of my fellow Finn friends (including Yo) a homestead. Since I now had a real home I decided to build a house that ended up becoming the quite popular Green House. I even furnished it, but never felt like hanging around there much. During this spring I decided I wouldn't have a home on the ground of my piece of land.
